Return Policy for Items Purchased Online
We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but NuStar strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
Details:
1. Your return must be within 30 days of shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees).
2. Defective items returned within the manufacturer's warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) will be replaced at no cost to you, except for shipping fees. Products we no longer carry must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty replacement.
3. Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original card.
4. NuStar is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.
We will process your return within 5 business days.
Please allow up to 2 credit card billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
International Returns
Although NuStar fully supports manufacturers' warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns.
If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the United States, international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
